舍曲林治疗60例广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效观察

A Study of Sertraline in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

目的评价舍曲林治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和副作用。方法对60例临床诊断为广泛性焦虑症病人投以舍曲林治疗4周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表评价疗效,不良反应量表评价副作用。结果有效率为83.3%,痊愈率为56.7%,无明显心血管不良反应。结论舍曲林可作为一种新型高效、安全的抗焦虑剂,尤适用于老年病人。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effect of sertraline in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder（GAD）.Methods 60 outpatients treated with Sertraline for four weeks were evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS）.Results Effective rate of sertralineis for GAD was 83.3% and cure rate was 56.7%.There was no visible side effect.Conclusion Ssertraline may be a novel,safe and efficient antianxietydrug,especially for the old patients.
