心理治疗强迫性障碍15例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis on Psychotherapy of 15 Cases with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

目的探讨强迫性障碍的心理治疗方法。方法运用几种心理治疗学派的方法或理论,并将治疗分为4个步骤,对强迫性障碍进行系统的心理治疗。结果15例病人中,治愈5例,显效8例,进步2例。结论通过系统的心理治疗,可以使病人达到消除症状、解除根源及人格完善。

Objective To study the ways of psychotherapy on OCD.Methods 15 cases with OCD were treated by systematic psychotherapy based on some methods or theories of several schools of psychotherapy,and the processes of psychotherapy were divided into four steps.Results In 15 cases,5 cases became healthy,8 cases got clinical effects obviously,2 cases got clinical progression.Conclusion By systematic psychotherapy,the patients with OCD can receive the results： the symptoms of OCD can be removed,the reasons of OCD can be eliminated,and their personality can be perfected.
