摘要
目的探讨综合干预对结肠镜检查患者恐惧心理的影响。方法对172例接受结肠镜检查患者随机分为干预组和对照组(各86例),对干预组进行全程综合干预,比较两组恐惧程度。结果干预组患者对结肠镜检查恐惧程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合干预能减轻患者结肠镜检查恐惧感,提高检查成功率。
Objective To study effect of comprehensive intervention on psychological dread induced by colonoscopy.Methods 172 patients before undergoing colonoscopy were divided into two groups,intervention group（86 cases） and control group（86 cases）.The intervention group received comprehensive intervention in the whole process.The degree of psychological dread was evaluated.Results The degree of psychological dread of intervention group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can relieve psychological dread of patients induced by colonoscopy and improve the successful rate of manipulation.
