妇产科临床教学与患者隐私权的冲突及对策

Conflict and strategy of patients' privacy in obstetrical and gynecological clinical education

随着社会的发展,妇产科患者越来越重视自己的隐私权,这给临床教学带来新的挑战。若处理不当,势必给患者造成不必要损害甚至引起家庭纠纷以及法律诉讼。文章就当前形式下妇产科临床教学与患者隐私权之间的冲突进行分析并试图寻找相应的解决办法。

With the social development,the patients pay more and more attention to their privacy,which brings a new challenge to the clinical education of obstetrics and gynecology. If maltreated,it will do unnecessarily harm to the patients,even leading to family conflict and litigation. This paper tries to analyze the conflict and to look out possible solutions.
