摘要
农业节水区划是农业水资源高效利用规划和实施的重要依据。根据新疆地理位置、地貌形态、气候特征、缺水程度、灌区类型等指标组成农业节水区划的分区指标体系。采用模糊-动态聚类法进行节水灌溉分区,将新疆的节水灌溉工程划分为两级区,4个一级区和10个二级区,作为指导各个灌区节水灌溉实施的参考。
Agricultural water saving district programming is the important basis for the planning and implementation of high efficient use of water resources. Based on natural and social situation of Xinjiang autonomous region, an index system is built in this paper, which includes location, topography patterns, climatic characteristics, the degree of water shortage, irrigation district type, and so on. The fuzzy-dynamic clustering method is adopted for the water-saving district programming of Xinjiang autonomous region, which is divided to two grades districts ,including 4 grade Ⅰ districts and 10 grade Ⅱ districts. These results can be a reference to guide the implementation of water-saving irrigation in each irrigation district.
