摘要 介绍轮胎噪声的产生机理和测试方法,并探讨轿车子午线轮胎花纹对噪声的影响。减小花纹沟槽的深度、宽度和角度,采用斜向花纹块可降低轮胎噪声;为了使噪声的频率更加分散,需要将轮胎花纹设计成不同的节距,节距排列比率采用较大的无理数,且随机排列。室内噪声测试分析表明,光面轮胎噪声最低,花纹优化设计后的轮胎噪声明显低于普通花纹轮胎噪声。 The noise-generating mechanism and measurement of tire noise were introduced,and the effect of tread patterns on noise of PCR tire were investigated. The tire noise could be decreased as the depth, width, angle of tread groove were decreased and oblique pattern block was applied. In order to expand the range of noise frequency distribution, different pitches were combined and arranged in random form. The result of test and analysis showed that the noise of the smooth tread was the lowest, and the noise of the optimized design tread patterns was much lower than the simple tread.
