1α羟化酶基因敲除小鼠的繁殖性能观测

摘要 目的对1α羟化酶基因敲除小鼠繁殖和个体生长进行探索。方法采用PCR技术对1α羟化酶基因敲除小鼠进行基因型鉴定。杂合子小鼠用来繁殖和保种,纯合子和野生型用来实验。实验还观察了不同基因型的繁殖能力、生长曲线的变化情况。结果在1α羟化酶基因敲除小鼠中,不同基因型的繁殖能力、个体生长稍有差异,但无统计学意义。结论1α羟化酶基因敲除小鼠野生型和杂合子的一般生物学特性数据没有明显的差异。
