不同月龄p21^HBsAg/HBsAg和p21^HBX/HBX转基因小鼠血清代谢产物的测定 被引量：2

摘要 目的测定p21^HBsAg/HBsAg和p21^HBX/HBX转基因小鼠及野生型小鼠的血清代谢产物，探讨各种血清代谢产物在两种转基因小鼠及野生型小鼠的变化规律。方法对p21^HBsAg/HBsAg和p21^HBX/HBX转基因小鼠不同月龄4种代谢产物血清总胆红素（TBILI）＼尿酸（UA）、肌酐（CRE）和尿素氮（BUN）进行测定并分析比较。结果p21^HBsAg/HBsAg和p21^HBX/HBX转基因小鼠不同月龄、不同的指标雌雄之间t检验差异显著，并且随着年龄的变化，雌雄之间的变化规律不同。结论p21^HBsAg/HBsAg和p21^HBX/HBX转基因小鼠的血清代谢产物在不同的年龄具有一定的变化规律。
