慢性乙型肝炎患者护理干预与生活质量的相关研究

Study on the correlation between nursing intervention and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的护理干预与生活质量的相关性。方法:将100例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预,采用问卷调查的方式分析护理干预与生活质量之间的相关性。结果:对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行护理干预可改善其生活质量,观察组患者生活质量优于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预直接影响患者的生活质量,医护人员应重视对慢性乙型肝炎患者护理干预,以保证高质量护理干预的提供,促进患者生活质量的提高。

Objective ： To explore the correlation between nursing intervention and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods ： One hundred patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups randomly （ 50 cases for each group）. The patients in control group were given conventional nursing care and the patients in observation group were additionally given nursing intervention based on conventional nursing care. A questionnaire survey was adopted to analyze the correlation between nursing intervention and the quality of life of the patients. Results ： Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B. The quality of life of the patients was better in observation group than that in control group and significant difference was found in the comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention has a direct impact on the quality of life of the patients with chronic hepatitis B. Medical professionals should pay attention to the intervention on the patients so as to ensure the provision of high - quality nursing intervention and promote the improvement of quality of life of the patients.
