In the background of international industry transfer, the development of country economy can adjust the structure of foreign and domestic capital,and can start the domestic market,and can reduce the city and countryside disparity. To develop the country economy we must take the way of financial innovation,mobilizing and allocating the resource,and take a new road to industrialization.
