冷却速度对25MnV/P110钢级石油套管相变规律的影响 被引量:13

摘要 P110钢级石油套管经过调质热处理实现其良好的综合力学性能,而相变规律是制定热处理工艺的依据,对相变组织的精细控制是产品质量的根本保证。采用热膨胀法通过Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机测定了25MnV钢在1~50℃/s冷却速度下的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,并分析了不同冷却速度对相变规律和组织演变的影响。 Satisfactory comprehensive mechanical properties of the P110 oil casing depends on proper quenching and tempering treatment conducted according to appropriate heat treatment procedure as set up on the basis of the phase change law. Therefore precise control of the phase structure will essentially ensure the product quality. With employment of the heat expansion method and the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator as well, the curves of continuous cooling transformation(CCT) of the 25MnV steel is measured with a cooling velocity of 1-50 ℃/s, and the influence by the cooling velocity on phase change law and microstructure evolution was analyzed.
