17 Year's Long History of PQF

摘要 PQF轧管机是迄今工艺技术最为先进的连轧管机。限动芯棒连轧管机自发明以来,经历了二辊式连轧管工艺(MPM)和三辊式连轧管工艺(PQF)两大发展时段。PQF轧管机改进了传统的MPM工艺,其换辊方式也由轴向换辊(ACO)发展为侧向换辊(LCO)。介绍了PQF轧管机的发展历程和设备构成特点。 The PQF pipe mill has been so far the most technologically advanced continuous-rolling mill. The development history of the retained-mandrel continuous-rolling mill falls into two important periods, i.e., the 2-roll continuous-rolling process (MPM) period and the 3-roll continuous-rolling process (PQF) period. The PQF mill is resulting from modification of the conventional MPM process, and has its roll-change mode developed from the original axially change-over (ACO) to the present laterally change-over (LCO). Elaborated here are the development course and the equipment composition of the PQF mill.
