不同光照强度下辣木光合作用及与其相关生理指标的日变化 被引量:10

Diurnal Variation of Photosynthesis and Related Physiological Index of Moringa oleifera at Different Light-Intensities

摘要 测定不同光照强度下生长的辣木光合作用及与其相关生理指标日变化的结果表明,在高温和高光强的夏季,辣木的净光合速率总体趋势是:遮光35%>自然光>遮光65%。适当的遮光(遮光35%)后,光合速率的峰值出现晚,高光合速率的时间维持的比较长。但遮光不能过甚,当遮光达到65%时,净光合速率除在中午11:00前后外,其他时间内均处于较低水平。据此认为,在南方高温和高光强的季节里,辣木适当遮光可以提高辣木的光合速率。 Diurnal variation of photosynthesis and related physiological index of Moringa oleifera at different light intensities was studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of M. oleifera with 35% shading treatment was higher than that with natural light treatment, the net photosynthetic rate of M. oleifera with natural light treatment was higher than that with 65% shading treatment, in the high temperature and intensity summer. Compared to the natural light treatment, the net photosynthetic rate of M. oleifera with 35% shading treatment was higher from 9:00 to 17:00, the peak of photosynthetic rate appeared later, and the maintenance time of high photosynthetic rate was longer. Compared to the natural light treatment, the net photosynthetic rate of M. oleifera with 65% shading treatment was always lower from 7:00 to 17:00 except on 11:00. The results suggested that the appropriate shading treatment enhanced the net photosynthetic rate of M. oleifera, in the high temperature and intensity seasons.
