摘要
采用交流阻抗法对层状LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料嵌/脱锂反应的动力学过程进行了研究,结果发现,该材料的交换电流密度和锂离子扩散系数均与嵌锂电位有关,交换电流密度在电位平台附近(3.9V)出现了最大值(1.03mA/cm2),而锂离子扩散系数却出现了最小值(1.23×10-12cm2/s)。
The kinetic behaviors related to Li deintercalation/intercalation process of layered LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were studied by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The results show that the exchange current density (Jo) and chemical diffusion coefficient of lithium-ion (DLi+) vary with delithiation voltage, and the max value ( 1.03 mA/cm^2 )of exchange current density and the min value ( 1.23 × 10^-12 cm^2/s ) of diffusion coefficient (Du+) are obtained near the voltage plat( 3.9 V ).
