摘要
采用因子分析模型对电池的技术指标:正极长度、负极长度、隔膜长度、电解液量、容量、开路电压、自放电后电压、内阻和质量进行分析,通过对主成分的加权计算,得出单体电池的综合性能的排序,从而为电池组合的筛选、控制和管理提供了理论依据,促进了对电池的质量控制。
Battery technique indexes: cathode length, anode length, diaphragm length, electrolyte quantity, capacity, open voltage,self-discharged voltage, internal resistance and weight were analyzed by factorization model. By the weighted calculating of the main composition, it is considered that the battery comprehensive capacities were ordered, which provides a theoretical basis for battery selection, controlling and management, and promotes quality control, technical progress and development of a battery.
