摘要
目前,我国北方分户热计量节能改造迫在眉睫,对于集中供暖的公共建筑节能改造仍处于探索阶段。初步估算这部分公共建筑能耗浪费高达40%以上。针对公共建筑采暖能耗浪费严重的现象,提出并研制公共建筑暖通节能改造装置,适用于既有公共建筑多种形式的集中供热采暖系统。可依据楼层设置阀门开度,实现层间平衡,解决热力失调,可依据作息时间(包括节假日)设定阀门调节时间,从而实现节能。初步测试节能效果显著的,可节约能源20%以上。
A t present, the reconstruction of household-based heat metering is urgent in north Chino. But the energy-saving reconstruction of public building is still at the stage of exploration. According to preliminary estimate, the waste energy has exceeded 40%. Aiming at the phenomenon, energy-saving equipment for heating ventilation of public building was proposed. The system is applicable to manifold system for central heating. The valve open can balance floors each other and settle heat maladjustment, and adjusting time of valve can be set up by schedule. A ccording to preliminary test, the effect of saving energy is very prominent, and may reduce the energy consumption above 20%.
