建筑节能已成为节能减排的重要领域。在建筑节能大背景下,通过对厦门市某办公建筑的基本信息和管理现状进行了解,对空调系统、办公系统、电梯系统、公共照明系统和特殊区域用电系统等多个系统的能耗情况进行统计分析,得出建筑的能源使用现状。同时,通过对各用能系统进行观察、测试和分析,发现节能潜力,并对此提出节能建议。

Building energy efficieney has been the important field of energy saving and emissions reduction. Under the background of building energy efficiency, the present energy consumption situation was obtained based on the basic information of buildings and the management situation, and statistical analysis of the energy consumption of air-conditioning system, working system, elevator system and special system was carried out. At the same time, the scene observation, the test and the analysis to every energy consumption system were carried out. Tbns, energy efficieney potential of the office building was discovered, and the energy efficiency proposals were put forward.
