摘要
麻醉学临床实习是医学生由实习生向职业医师过渡的关键阶段。如何提高临床麻醉实习教学质量,可以从三个方面进行探索:重视医德教育,规范医疗行为;以学生为中心的启发式教学,充分调动学生积极性;加强带教教师的自身建设。教学相长才能全面提高麻醉实习质量。
Clinical practice of anesthesia is an important phase for interns to be professional physicians. In order to improve teaching quality of anesthesiology,we should attach great importance to following three aspects： stressing medical ethics and standardize medication,inspiring activity of the students,reinforcing serf-construction of the teachers. Mutual action between teaching and learning can only bring about the improvement of teaching quality in anesthesiology.
