摘要
场景教学是将模拟的临床场景引入到课堂教学中。在场景教学中引入以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-based Learning,PBL),并以标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP)和教师共同构建教学场景,由问题引出教学内容,进行启发式教育,使学生在掌握专业知识的前提下培养临床思维能力、探索意识和实践能力。南方医科大学第二临床医学院在《外科学》教学中应用该模式进行教学,在此就教学实践进行总结。
Scene teaching is to simulate the clinical scene in class. To cultivate the studnts' abilities of thinking, search and practice in clinical practice, the second clinical college applied the problem-base learning (PBL) in surgery teaching, creating the scene with the standardized patients and teachers and drawing out the content from the problems. This article is to summarize the teaching practice.
