摘要
研究了15个河南主栽小麦品种不同生育时期、不同水分条件叶绿素含量变化特征,结果表明,整个生育期,不同小麦品种Chl a/b比值变化规律有较大差异,但灌浆期不同小麦品种干旱处理的Chl a/b比值均达到最小,花期不同小麦品种灌溉处理的Chl a/b比值最小。花期水分胁迫下小麦品种的Chl a/b比值较同一时期灌溉处理Chl a/b的比值大,灌浆期干旱处理的Chl a/b比值均小于相应灌溉处理的小麦Chl a/b比值。
The changing characteristics of chlorophyll contents in 15 Henan wheat varieties was studied at different growth stages under different water conditions. The result indicated that the changing pattern of Chl a/b was very different in different wheat varieties during their whole growing period. The Chl a/b value in all the varieties was the lowest at grain-filling stage for drought treatments,but was the lowest at flowering stage for irrigation treatments. In anthesis period,the Chl a/b value of different wheat varieties was higher under water stress than in irriga- tion conditions, but in filling period, the Chl a/b value was lower under water stress than in irrigation conditions.
