不同来源辣椒疫霉菌的系统发育分析 被引量:13

摘要 运用PCR直接测序法,对9个辣椒疫霉菌株和1个外类群大豆疫霉菌株的nrDNA的ITS区(包括ITS1、5.8SrDNA和ITS2)进行序列测定。结果表明,不同来源的辣椒疫霉菌的ITS序列总长度为750~753bp。采用PAUP软件进行系统发育分析表明:来自辣椒寄主和土壤的辣椒疫霉菌各自聚为一组,与其地理来源没有明显的相关性。 The ITS region (including ITS1,5.8S rDNA and ITSg.) of nuclear ribosomal DNA from 9 isolates of Phytophthora capsici and one outgroup isolate of P. sojae were sequenced. The result showed that the sizes of the ITS region of P. capsici strains from different sources were from 750 to 753 bp. Based on the phylogenetic analysis of nucleotide sequences with PAUP,the strains of P. capsic; from pepper hosts and soil were gathered respectively. The division of isolates of P. capsici was not related to their geographical origins.
