摘要 在世界粮食作物中,马铃薯总产量仅次于水稻、小麦与玉米而居第4位。它是十分重要的粮食,也是作为工业原料、蔬菜及饲料的重要作物。马铃薯产业已成为中国农业产业化最有发展前途的产业之一。
