摘要
针对超临界600MW直流锅炉过热汽温波动较大的问题,提出在一级喷水过热减温控制中应用两个串联的超前/滞后环节。分析了实际控制方案与原设计方案的不同之处,通过现场投运后的结果,验证了控制策略的可行性。该方法极大地改善了过热汽温的控制品质,提高了机组运行的经济性。为今后同类型系统设计、调试提供了借鉴。
In accordance with the issue of bigger temperature fluctuation of superheat steam in 600 MW once-through boiler, the control strategy of using two of the lead/lag elements in primary de-superheat spray control is proposed. The difference between practical control scheme and o- riginal design scheme is analyzed. The feasibility of the control strategy is verified through the result of field operation. The control quality of tem- perature of superheat steam has been greatly improved by the control method ; and the economical benefit of unit operation is enhanced. It is worth to be used for reference in designing and debugging of similar systems.
