摘要 杨氏弹性模量是反映材料形变与内应力关系的物理量,是工程技术中的常用参数。介绍了一种金属平板杨氏模量测量的方法。该方法运用弹性力学的相关理论,即弹性体碰撞时间与金属平板杨氏模量的关系;使用微处理器技术,通过测量金属小球与金属平板的碰撞时间测定法,实现测量该金属平板的杨氏模量。测量结果表明,用该方法测量得到的铝板、不锈钢板和A3钢板的杨氏模量与理论数据误差在±5%以内。 Young's modulus of elasticity is an important physical quantity and engineering parameter that reflects the relationship between deformation of material and internal stress. A new method to measure Young's modtdus that employs the correlation theory of elastic mechanics,i, e. ,the relationship between collision time of elastomer and Young's modulus of metal plate ,is proposed. By using technology of microprocessor,and through measuring the collision time of sinall metal ball with metal plate ,the measurement of Young's modulus of the metal plate is implemented. The result of measurement indicates that the errors between the measured Young's modulus of aluminum plate ,stainless steel plate,and A3 steel plate and theoretical data is less than +5%.
