摘要
中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司的MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)/1-丁烯装置以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂D005作为催化剂,生产MTBE的同时生产1-丁烯。在生产运行中,MTBE产品有不合格现象。随着运行时间的延长,D005催化剂活性也出现下降迹象,反应器出口的异丁烯转化率逐步下降。对D005催化剂在生产运行中碰到的这些问题进行了分析和探讨,采取了相应的措施,使其能满足生产要求。
The MTBE/1-butylene plant in SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. produces MTBE and 1-butylene simultaneously with macropore acid cation exchange D005 resin as catalyst. But it also produces rejected MTBE products. Furthermore ,with the extending of operation time, the activity of D005 catalyst tends to descend, and the conversion rate of isobutene at outlet of reactor also decreases gradually. Based on analysis and discussion on the above problems, it proposed corresponding countermeasures to meet production requirements.
