摘要
在分析腈纶热牵伸机组设备运行特点和故障机理的基础上,在热牵伸机组上安装在线监测和故障诊断系统(CSI4500系统),它可以保证在设备运行的情况下,利用振动诊断法,利用系统数据采集、信号处理、特征提取、故障诊断等功能,准确掌握设备运行状态、设备劣化趋势、早期发现故障部位并对故障性质做出判断以及后期及时抑制故障,进行预见性、针对性、计划性安排设备维修,从而防止设备事故的发生,为热牵伸机组设备安全、稳定、长周期、全性能、优质运行提供了可靠的技术保障。
Based on analysis of the operation characteristics and failure mechanism of facilities in acrylic fiber thermal drawing set,it proposed to install an on-line monitoring and failure diagnosis system( CSI4500 system) which could use vibration diagnostic method and the functions of system data collection, signal treatment, feature extraction and failure diagnosis to accurately master the facilities' operation condition and deteriorating trend for early discovery of failure parts, accurate judgment of failure characters and timely prevention of failure, thus predictable and planned maintenance for facilities could be arranged in order to prevent facilities accidents and provide dependable technical safeguard for the safe, stable, long-term, full-property and high- quality operation of thermal drawing set.
