基于过程视角的家族创业研究 被引量：10

摘要 长期以来,创业研究与家族企业研究作为两个相互影响的独立领域而存在,两者交融已经引起国外许多学者的关注,但是国内此类研究十分缺乏。家族是一个特殊的创业主体,其独特的"家族性"因素会对创业过程和创业目标产生重大的影响,使得家族创业具有非家族创业不可比拟的竞争优势。本文从创业过程的视角研究家族性因素如何影响创业机会识别、资源获取以及形成动态竞争优势的创业过程,随后对家族创业研究进行简要评论。
