上腔静脉置换、肺动脉、支气管双袖状切除治疗肺癌一例
摘要
中心型肺癌常可侵及大支气管和大血管，特别右上肺癌可侵及右肺动脉和／或上腔静脉而致上腔静脉的阻塞，在此情况下大多认为是不可切除的肺癌。近年来国际上多个中心均对侵及上腔静脉的肺癌进行了手术治疗的研究。我院2008年4月17日对l例右上肺癌同时进行右上叶切除支气管、右肺动脉、上腔静脉切除重建。
