数理统计分析是一种十分有效的质量分析和控制手段,在某种意义上,统计技术使用的好坏直接反映了企业管理现代化的程度。文中重点阐述了全面质量管理7种统计工具中的排列图、因果图与分层法3种统计方法的内容,并结合实例介绍其在针织生产质量管理中的应用。

The mathematical and statistical analysis is one of the effective quality analysis and control means, and to some degree, the application effect of statistical technique can directly reflect the modernization degree of enterprise management. This paper mainly introduces the contents of three statistical methods -pareto diagram, cause effect graph and hierarchical approach among the 7 statistical tools for total quality management, and presents their applications in the quality control of knitting production by examples.
