摘要
目前,基于合作学习、人本主义、群体动力学、学习动机等理论基础的分组学习被广泛应用于教育实践之中。科学划分小组,建立规范的合作规则,设计有效的分组活动和任务分工,采用多样化的评价激励方式和过程管理,以及积极开展小组成果分享促进沟通等研究策略,能够优化分组学习的效果。
Recently,group learning,based on the theories of cooperative Learning、humanism、group dynamics and learning motivation,etc,has been widely used in educational practice.Practices such as dividing group scientifically,establishing normative cooperation rules,designing effective group activities and task division,adopting diversified methods of evaluation and stimulation,adopting process management,and developing research strategies for group's achievements sharing and communication promotion,are proved to be able to optimize the effect of group learning.
