摘要
在进行盘式制动器设计时,制动盘一般采用钢制制动盘,表面要淬火或氮化;摩擦衬片一般为扇形或圆形,其摩擦材料应具有足够而稳定的摩擦系数及较好的耐磨性;制动器的制动钳用活塞密封圈的弹性不宜过大或过小;制动软管的容积变形要求很高,变形系数应尽可能小。
When designing disk brake, steel disk is used with the surface hardened or nitrided; brake is of fan or circular shape with its frictional material possessing enough and stable friction factors and better wear resistance; elasticity of piston sealing ring for caliper is better not to be overlarge or too small; the deformation coefficient of brake hose shall be small as possible because of high requirement for hose volume deformation.
