摘要
提出了二冲程汽油机扫气过程的一种试验方法,将气缸内的不稳定气流近似地视为一系列气口开度下气体稳定流动的组合,这样,换气过程每一瞬时的气体流动状态都可以在稳流试验台上进行模拟,利用试验结果评价扫气过程的品质,为汽油机设计改进提供条件。介绍了微机控制扫气试验数据采集和处理系统。
The Paper gives a new method for testing the scavenging process, i. e. taking the unstable air flow approximately as the integration of stable air flow at a series of gas port openings, therefore, the air flowing state of each instant scavenging process can be simulated on the stable air flow test bed. Test results are used to evaluate the quality of scavenging process, which is conductive to gasoline engine design. Data acquisition system and data processing system are also introduced.
