确定合理的模具温度场、确保设备的型芯动作时间、注射速度和速度转换位置等工艺参数是HVSC800挤压机生产品质优异的铝合金车轮的工艺保证;在该机器上设置拦渣网不仅操作上可行,而且是解决铸件夹渣的重要手段。
The newly-developed HVSC 800 extrusion casting machine can be used to manufacture qualified aluminum wheels for motorcycles provided that the technological parameters ,such as temperature field, operating time of cores,shooting speed and speed switching position are reasonably set. A slag net is equipped on the machine which is not only practicable,but also conductive to the resolution of casting slag inclusion.
