摘要
为了保证大功率YO750偶合器在高转速运行条件下的设计合理性,用有限元模型分别对其叶轮的强度进行了计算,验证了叶轮强度的可靠性。指出叶轮最大应力部位并提出结构优化方案,从而为这种新型液力偶合器的设计和制造提供了可靠的数据和方法。
In order to ensure that the design of the heavy-duty YO750 coupling is rational at high speed,the impeller strength calculation was performed and the reliability was checked with finite-element model.The maximun stress section was pointed out and the structure optimization scheme was put forward.
