摘要
目的研究地榆中的三萜类成分。方法利用聚酰胺、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和ODS柱色谱分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析(1H-NMR和13C-NMR)确定结构。结果从体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离鉴定了8个三萜类成分,分别为arjunic acid(1)、rosamultic acid(2)、haptadienic acid(3)、1β-羟基蔷薇酸(4)、蔷薇酸(5)、tormentic acid(6)、坡模酸(7)和乌苏酸(8)。结论化合物1、2、3为首次从地榆属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
Aim To study triterpenes of Sanguisorba officinalis L. Methods Triterpenes from the EtOAc soluble fraction of 70% ethanol extracts were isolated by polyamide and silica gel columns combined with repeated Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis( ^1H-NMR and ^13 C-NMR). Results Eight triterpenes were isolated and elucidated as arjunic acid ( 1 ), rosamultic acid (2), haptadienic acid ( 3 ), 1β-hydroxyeuscaphic acid ( 4 ), euscaphic acid ( 5 ), tormentic acid (6), pomolic acid ( 7 ) and ursolic acid ( 8 ). Conclusion Compounds 1,2 and 3 were isolated from the genus Sanguisorbea for the first time.
