Chemical constituents from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

摘要 目的研究唇形科植物黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)根的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从黄芩根中分离得到9个已知成分,分别鉴定为汉黄芩素(1)、千层纸素-A(2)、苯乙酸(3)、对羟基苯乙醇葡萄糖苷(4)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基反式苯丙烯酸(5)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基顺式苯丙烯酸(6)、黄芩苷(7)、黄芩素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄苷(8)、黄芩素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(9)。结论化合物3、5、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Aim To study the chemical constituents of the radix of Scutellaria baicalensis G. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Results Nine known compounds were isolated from the n-butanol layer extraction of ScuteUaria baicalensis G. Their structures were determined as wogonin( 1 ), oroxylin-A(2), phenylethyl acid ( 3 ), 2- ( 4-hydroxyphenyl ) ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), 4-O-β-D-glucosyl-trans-p-coumaric acid ( 5 ), 4-O-β-D-glucosyl-cis-p-coumaric acid (6), baicalin (7), baicalein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), baicalein-7- O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside methyl ester(9). Conclusion Compounds 3,5 and 6 were isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis G. for the first time.
