摘要 用单辊甩带方法制备了Ni-Ta-Sn非晶合金薄带,用失重法和室温动电位极化法研究了该薄带在酸、碱、盐等腐蚀介质中的腐蚀行为,并与典型Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni-Be非晶合金以及1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了对比。结果表明,Ni-Ta-Sn非晶合金比Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni-Be具有更低的腐蚀速率,且抗腐蚀性能远远优于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。 The ribbon Ni-Ta-Sn amorphous alloy was prepared by means of single-roller melt-spinning technique in an argon atmosphere. The corrosion behavior of Ni-Ta-Sn amorphous alloy in several corrosives media was studied by weight loss measurement and potentiodynamic polarization method at room temperature. The results was compared with those of Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni-Be amorphous alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The experiments showed that corrosion resistance of Ni-Ta-Sn amorphous was better than that of Zr-Ti-Cu-Ni-Be and much better than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
