摘要
分析了现行大型卧式挤压机用Φ250挤压针设计缺陷,提出了分段选材、分段设计以及适当增大挤压针根部螺纹断面的有效面积等优化方案,通过模拟校核计算和实际改进,获得了挤压针关键部位硬度、强度更为经济合理的搭配设计方案。
The design defects existed in Ф 250 mandrel for present large horizontal extrusion press were analyzed, and some optimization plans were put forward. A proper match design of hardness and strength in critical parts of the mandrel was obtained after the simulation of calibration calculation and practical improvement.
