丹参抗肿瘤转移的作用及其机制

Effect and mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge on tumour metastasis

丹参是活血化瘀类中药的代表药物，近年来随着对丹参研究的不断深入发现其具有抗肿瘤转移作用。目前的研究提示丹参主要通过提高免疫功能、诱导分化和影响细胞黏附分子的表达而抑制肿瘤的转移。随着丹参抗肿瘤机制的阐明，丹参有望成为防治肿瘤转移的有效药物。

With the continuous research on Salvia mihiorrhiza Bunge the presentative with funtion of blood-ciculation-activiating of Traditional Chinese Medicine was found to have the effects of inhibiting tumour metastasis. The present study indicated that Salvia mihiorrhiza Bunge prevents metastasis mainly by way of enhancing immune system function, inducing turnout cell differentiation and inhibiting the expression of molecule adhesions. Owing to further clarification of its mechanism of antimetastasis, Salvia mihiorrhiza Bunge is expected to become an effective medicine in preventing metastasis.
