Authors have analyzed the reason of seriously reverse mix problem existing in the first generation of urea reactor axial flow type urea reactor, and its consequence induced by reverse mix ; has discussed the structure type, process feature and production operation data of the second generation of urea reactor-- radial flow type urea reactor; has described the advantage indicated in aspect of energy conservation and discharge reduction in the radial flow reactor into which it is modified from the axial flow reactor.
