摘要
分别从煤气化过程的8个系统论述了Shell煤气化工艺的系统作用、工艺流程和技术优势;对除渣系统、干法除灰系统、水处理系统以及合成气冷却器的取舍等方面提出了工艺设计改进方案和建议。比较了Shell煤气化工艺与德士古水煤浆气化工艺,结果表明,Shell煤气化技术煤种适用性更广,气化显热利用率更高;炉膛和烧嘴使用寿命更长,控制系统和连锁控制更完善。
Author has discussed separately the system role, process flow and technology advantage for the Shell coal gasification process from 8 systems of coal gasification process; has presented the improvement scheme and proposal for the process design from aspects of slag removal system, dust removal system by dry method, water treatment system and using/non-using synthesis gas cooler etc. The comparison was made for Shell coal gasification process with Texaco water coal slurry gasification process, the result indicates that the suitability of coal kind is wider, the utilization rate of sensible heat is higher; the service life of gasifier chamber and burner is longer, the control system and interlock are more complete for the Shell coal gasification process.
