摘要
结合20万t/a低压甲醇装置甲醇贮罐的工程设计实例,从贮罐罐顶、罐壁、罐底、贮罐附件等方面阐述了甲醇贮罐结构设计的要点;提出了合理选择设计参数、合理确定贮罐结构形式等优化设计的方案和措施。
Author has described the gist for structure design of methanol tank in combination with the actual project design example for methanol tank in the methanol plant with a capacity of 200 000 t/a low pressure methanol and from aspects of attachments of tank top, tank wall, and tank etc. ; has presented the scheme and measure for optimizing the design, such as how to reasonably select the design parameters, how to reasonably determine the structure type of tank and so on.
