Application of CO_2 As a Gasification Agent in Fixed Bed Coal Gasifier

化肥厂排空的CO2作为固定层煤气炉的气化剂,能有效地提高半水煤气中CO的含量,为企业创造效益。介绍了氮肥厂CO2的来源和CO2在煤气炉内的反应及利用值;提出了建立CO2储气柜、将CO2引入蒸汽缓冲罐以及直接应用等回收CO2的方法。

CO2 vented from chemical fertilizer plant can be used as gasification agent for fixed bed coal gasifier; it can increase effectively CO content in the semi-water coal gas, and can create the economic benefit of enterprise. Author has introdueed the source of CO2 in nitrogen fertilizer plant, the reaction in coal gasifier and its utilization value ; has presented the methods for recovering CO2 , such as establishing CO2 gas tank, introducing the CO2 into steam buffer tank and direct application etc.
