摘要
黄姜提取皂素产生的废水是一种难以处理的高浓度有机废水,其好氧段良好的处理效果是废水达标排放的保证。分析了好氧段发生污泥膨胀前后的生产运行数据,指出污泥膨胀的原因主要是由于水泥、厌氧出水以及污泥负荷偏低引起的轻度丝状菌膨胀所致,通过调节泥龄、污泥负荷、污泥浓度等运行参数,污泥膨胀得到有效控制。
The waste water produced from saponetin (sapogenin) extracted from yellow ginger is the organic waste water with high concentration, that is difficult to be treated, the good treatment effect of its aerobic stage is the guarantee that the discharged waste water can reach to a standard requirement. Authors have analyzed the production operation data before and after sludge dilatation caused in the aerobic stage, have indicated the reason of sludge dila- tation, that was mainly induced by the light filiform bacterium dilatation, which was caused by the sludge, anaerobic outlet water and the sludge load being too low; the sludge dilatation could be effectively controlled through adjusting sludge age, sludge load and sludge concentration etc.
