摘要
针对三维四步法编织技术特点,分析了编织纱线的空间位置,通过计算机模拟编织纱线运动,并采用Bézier曲线对纱线运动轨迹进行拟合,利用计算机图形技术对三维编织结构进行显示,获得了一种设计与实现三维四步法编织复合材料的计算机仿真方法。根据编织工艺参数间的关系,在UG软件中实现了参数化设计,可方便生成不同编织尺寸和编织角情况下的三维编织预制件及复合材料的实体模型,所建立的实体模型形状和编织物真实结构非常接近,表明本文的仿真方法具有很好的效果。
Aimed at the characteristic of four-step three-dimensional (3D) braid composites technique, the spatial location of the yam is analyzed. The movement of braided yarns is simulated and the thread path is described by Bézier curve. Then the 3D braided composite structures ars derived by using computer graphics technique, thus a new simulation for four-step 3D braided composite structures by using computer graphics is obtained. Considering the relationship of the braiding parameters, parameterized models are designed by UG software. Different kinds of 3D braid composite models can be created at different dimensions and braiding angles. The established model and the actual braided structure are very similar. The result proves that the simulation method is effective .
