摘要 基于数控单点渐进成形技术对钣金浮雕字进行了成形研究,针对成形过程中出现的零件质量问题,分析了材料因素(材料屈强比、板料厚度)、成形参数因素(每层进给量、贴模间隙)、零件特征因素(成形字体特征的宽度、零件圆角半径)和成形方法的影响,在此基础上提出了改进措施,实现了高质量钣金浮雕字的成形。 Incremental forming is a promising process for manufacturing customized products. In this paper, this forming method is used to produce embossed character. The effects of various factors-σs/σb, sheet thickness, pitch, clearance among die and CAD model, geometric dimensions of character, and forming method--on the quality of final shape are studied. It is found that all of the foresaid factors affect the shape quality. The result shows that single point incremental forming can manufacture embossed character at reduced cost and processing time. To obtain high quality products, the process variable needs to be optimized.
