高层住宅不同户型自然通风数值模拟及对策 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation and Countermeasure for Natural Ventilation in Different Doors of High Rise Residential Building

摘要 基于计算流体动力学CFD软件,选用Realizable k-ε湍流模型,对某高层住宅周围的流场进行了数值模拟。通过分析建筑物表面的压力分布,计算得到各户型在不同工况下的风压差系数及自然通风换气次数。分析了个别户型通风效果较差的原因。结果表明,在通风效果较差户型入户门上方开设通风孔,可以有效地改善室内自然通风效果,并给出了合理的通风孔面积。 Based on the software of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), with Realizable κ-ε turbulent model, mumerical simulation for flow field around a high rise residential building was carried. Through the analysis of the surface pressure distribution of the building, wind pressure difference coefficient and natural ventilation air circulation ratio which in different doors of different operating condition was calculated. Natural ventilation effects of individual rooms were analyzed. The result shows that to set a vent above the door of the rooms can improve the natural ventilation quantity effectively, and the fit area of the vent was given.
