一次泵变流量系统不同控制方式的节能对比分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对一次泵变流量系统,分析了水泵不同变速控制方式条件下的管路特性变化以及部分负荷下系统工况的求解方法。在此基础上,进行了不同控制方式的能耗对比,结果是温差控制节能效果最好,末端压差控制其次,干管压差控制最差。 For the variable primary flow system, the change ways analyzed and the solution to determine the pipeline curve of the pipeline characteristics under different controlling under partial load was discussed. On this basis, the energy consumption under different controlling ways was compared. The temperature control is the most effective energy conservation, followed by the end of pressure control, and the trunk pressure control is the worst.
