摘要
在工业化社会向信息化社会转型时期,企业人力资源危机的社会性、时代特征在逐步强化,企业的劳动关系、社会观、价值观都发生了本质变化,论文在此基础上从企业活动的要素变化、员工工作的创造与企业使命的分担出发,构建企业人力资源危机阻断系统,梳理企业人力资源危机管理中的管理机和人事关系,把握企业人力资源危机的关节点、要害点、敏感点、控制点,从而阻断企业由单一的人力资源危机发展成企业的全面危机。
