Exploiting Distributed Visualization in Grid

摘要 由于目前可视化的数据更具数量大、分布性、自治性、异构性和动态性,因此,对Web服务技术应用于网格环境下的分布式可视化进行研究,分析了其可能性与必要性;阐述了基于Web服务的分布式可视化系统应完成的功能,并据此设计了可视化系统的结构,它由可视化应用层、可视化支撑层以及服务注册中心、各种可视化服务资源4部分组成;说明了系统的工作流程,最后以一个实例验证了系统的有效性。 As the data, which need to be visualized, are becoming larger and more distributed, autonomic, heterogeneous and dynamic, the distributed and parallel technologies should be used into visualization. The paper investigates how to integrate the Web Service technology into visualization. The necessity of the integration is introduced, and the architecture for Web Service-enabled visualization system is proposed, which is comprised of application tier, supporting tier, register center and visualization services, and how the system works is presented. In the end, as a case study, an experiment is performed and results are discussed.
